Aperol Aperitivo Apertif

The perfect ingredient for Spritz! Just add a part of Aperol and two parts of Prosecco (perhaps with a splash of sparkling or soda water and an orange on the top!) with ice and there’s your perfect summer drink! Aperol’s unique flavour and colour are achieved through a subtle blend of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and an array of herbs and roots – using a secret recipe that has been unchanged since its first creation in 1919.
