Gathaithi Filter 250g

Gathaithi is a washed filter coffee sourced from Kenya’s renowned Nyeri region, where high altitude (1750 MASL) and rich volcanic soil create exceptional growing conditions. The blend of SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian varietals delivers distinctive flavour notes of blackberry, nectarine, hibiscus and fingerlime.

Grown on farms with carefully managed rainfall and moderate year-round climate, these coffee cherries develop slowly and deliberately. Pablo & Rusty’s have selected this lot for its balance of sweetness and juice-forward character that reflects the terroir of this respected Kenyan growing region.

Brew as a filter coffee to highlight the delicate fruit-forward profile, or pair with citrus-based pastries to complement the fingerlime and nectarine notes.
