Domaine G. Roumier Chambolle Musigny AC

Domaine G. Roumier Chambolle Musigny 2005.

Domaine G. Roumier is an extremely highly regarded, and one of the longest established (1924), Burgundy wine producers who are based in the heart of Chambolle Musigny. The estate has been run by Christophe Roumier (George Roumier’s grandson) since 1982 and their wines are characterised as being complex, combining lightness and intensity with great grace and length. Today, the Domaine covers 11.52 hectares in Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis, and Corton-Charlemagne. Christophe says, “There is no Roumier style but rather a Roumier philosophy. Vinification is there to reveal each terroir, each appellation!”

The commune of Chambolle Musigny is located in the Cote de Nuits sub-region of Burgundy.
