St James L’Essentiel represents two decades of AOC Martinique expertise distilled into a single carafe. This blend unites three carefully selected vintages, each aged over 12 years in small bourbon casks, then expertly combined to showcase the distinctive character of agricole rum production. The meticulous selection process ensures only the finest expressions from the still make the final blend.

Agricole rum from Martinique carries Protected Designation of Origin status, marking it as a product of genuine terroir and traditional methods. The extended barrel ageing in bourbon wood develops complexity whilst the individual character of each vintage remains distinctly present in the final composition.

Serve neat or with a single large ice cube to appreciate the layered flavours developed across the three decades represented in this carafe.
